- Baybees honey is all natural, unpasteurized, raw, and unfiltered. We strain our honey when we extract it, then settle it before bottling.
- All natural honey will crystallize over time. Some honeys crystallize faster than others depending upon the nectar source.
- To reliquefy your crystallized honey, place the container in a hot water bath. Do NOT microwave honey as this destroys the beneficial properties of this natural sweetener.
